BATTERS: None on-runners on splits, 2017

One approach to identify potential BA, HR and RBI surgers is to split their skills and analyze the extremes to determine if they have untapped upside. Looking at a batter's stats and skills with the bases empty compared to with runners on base is one way to do this.
