AMERICAN LEAGUE

Yordan Alvarez (LF/DH, HOU) has become an elite bat since the middle of 2021. He has a .285 BA, 43 HR, and 110 RBI over that period. And his plate skills have matured during that time as well (11% bb%, 78% ct%, 0.57 Eye). In addition, he is one of just two bats (Judge) with an average exit velocity of 95.0 mph or higher since July 2021.
 
Christian Bethancourt (C/1B, TAM) is another unheralded bat who should be put to good use in Tampa Bay. While his overall results during the past year haven't been impactful...
