BATTERS: Potential speed faders

In order to assist with the ongoing battle to exercise excruciating patience, the Batter Buyer's Guide has spent the last two weeks looking at player whose skills indicate a potential speed and/or power surge may be in the works. This week, however, begins a look at the darker side of the Indicators: The Faders. We'll take a closer look at the Potential Speed Faders this week and follow that up with the Potential Power Faders next week.

Keep in mind this is not meant to chase anyone away from players as we're still at the tail end of the information gathering phase of the season. Rather this is mean to further inform owners as they seek to properly assess both their own players and the pool in general.
