But just ask anyone competing in a Head to Head format how they evaluate talent and they're likely to mention consistency as a critical factor. Some players amass productive end-game statistics via fits and starts throughout the season, but there's hidden value in owning players that establish a reliable baseline and maintain it with minor fluctuations.
