BATTERS: Sneaky R and RBI sources on top offenses

This column typically focuses on BPIs to assess and identify skills. When it comes to the elite players, skills are certainly the main focus when deciding whether or not to roster them. Sometimes a less-credentialed player can put up strong numbers due to the strength of his surrounding cast.

Today we will take a look at the top five offenses in each league and try to identify under-the-radar sources of runs scored and runs batted in. Many of these players should be readily available through trade or waivers. (Stats through games of 6/14.)
