LINEUP OUTLOOK: Leadoff hitters for the second half and hitting streamers of interest

With the second half on the horizon, it's moving season in the standings with fantasy players making moves for a chance at a championship. Keeping this in mind, Kansas City and Oakland used new leadoff hitters once July began, one by choice while the other happened because of an injury. Still, both players could provide beneficial statistics for those seeking stolen bases and runs.
