FACTS/FLUKES: Espinosa, Gomez, Stubbs, Frazier, Marquis

Espinosa's surface stats deceiving ... After 400 ABs, it's fair to say this about Danny Espinosa (2B/SS, WAS): "He was who we thought he was." After a promising - albeit frustrating - 2011 in which he amassed 21 HRs and 17 SBs, many owners hoped he'd take the next step this year to improve the less desirable parts of his game (namely, the 71% ct%). Alas, it seems Espinosa's plate skills has regressed even further.
