RELIEVERS: 2016 Bullpen preview: AL West, NL West

This week, we turn to the ten teams in the AL and NL West, starting with Houston. Houston has managed to have seven (!) 100+ BPV relievers make 40-50 appearances in 2015, mostly succeeding in high leverage. This is what you want from a pen—flexibility, depth and use of individual talents as a weapon:

This is the annual sleepers column, but let's be honest: There are no sleepers. There are relievers with great skills who are cheaper than they should be ... and that's what you want anyway.
