The Phillies are set to welcome Roy Halladay back from the disabled list Tuesday, but a number of other players, including Coco Crisp, Ian Desmond, Chad Billingsley and Jed Lowrie, are headed in the other direction: to the DL, or at least to the doctor for further examination.

With so many injured payers due back, you need to be extra careful with your FAAB right now, or you may see that expensive acqusition sent back to the minors or to the bench. Read on.

With Lance Berkman (1B/OF, STL) set to return to action on STL's current road trip, possibly as soon as Saturday, the corner positions are crowded with worthy bats. The PT shakeout here could be determined by determined by how manager Mike Matheny weighs the importance of offense vs. defense, and his willingness to deploy various players at positions where their potential injury risk is heightened.
