As we reach the quarter pole in the 2013 minor league season, we’ve already seen some top prospects promoted to the majors while others have taken a step back. With approximately 30 minor league games in the books, we can start to get a sense of which players are doing well and which ones are struggling. In the upcoming weeks we will start to turn out attention to the 2013 amateur draft, but for now here is a look at who is hot and who is not.
