The Orioles enter spring training with a lot of players to sift through for their left field and DH mix.

Nolan Reimold (OF, BAL) will reportedly be a “full go” for the start of the exhibition season despite coming of neck-fusion surgery. Something to watch in spring training, beyond whether Reimold can simply regain his timing and stay on the field, is to what extent the surgery has sapped his emerging power. It is worth noting, however, that even in the best of times Reimold’s xPX was less than convinced that he'd become a big bopper. He is an AL-only end-game speculation at best, and it would also not be surprising to see the Orioles target him for DH duty more often than not to maintain his health.
