After several years of dependable, multi-category production, Hunter Pence (OF, SF) could potentially see his playing time dwindle down the stretch, as the Giants assess their options after what has clearly been a disappointing year. Pence, after failing to surpass the 400-AB threshold in either of the past two years, is toting a career-worst .243 BA (.223 xBA), with below-league-average power (59 PX, 90 xPX) and a career-high groundball rate (56%). And of his eight HR, all have come away from AT&T Park.
