BULLPENS: Early Nuggets from SEA, PHI and HOU

We kick off our 2015 Bullpen Buyers Guide regular coverage this year with three bullpens (Seattle, Philadelphia and Houston) and then some free agents. Next week, we dive into spring training questions.

We start in Seattle. Fernando Rodney (RHP, SEA) returns as the incumbent closer and is projected for virtually all the saves. But in this ballpark, with these skill sets, there is value behind Rodney. Take a look at the projections:
