Looking ahead to 2025

This last column will run through each division in the AL and NL, and talk about one reliever per team in context. Mind you, a lot happens every offseason to change that context. Context helps you determine the reliever's role within a given bullpen. So while you cannot count on a given role for most relievers going into 2025, the one thing you should be able to take away is the superior skill sets that you should have on your list come next spring. Then in the spring, match those best skills with roles and grab the discounts.
