RELIEVERS: 120+ BPV skill sets at great prices

Today, we look at a handful of relievers projected to have a 120 or better BPV who might be a value buy for 2019. [For newcomers—Welcome!—BPV is a shortcut for Base Performance Value, BaseballHQ's catch-all skills metric. See the glossary link at the bottom of this article for additional information.]  

This list is not everyone—the expensive relievers have been cropped from the top and the overly risky relievers have been cropped from the bottom. These groupings are "sweet spot" relievers at their current prices in AL-only and NL-only leagues. Without further ado, here is the AL list, with 2019 projections:
