RELIEVERS: 2023 Best July skill sets

July had a lot of relievers gives us a 20% or better K%-BB%. This column is going to separate them into smaller chunks by what they are projected to do for the rest of the season. The first two relievers are the two who are projected to have a 30%+ K%-BB% over the balance of the season.
