This column has talked at length about Oakland, Seattle, Tampa Bay and Toronto pens here and Milwaukee, Atlanta, Cincinnati and Philadelphia pens here. This week, it takes a look at the Angels, Twins, Diamondbacks and Padres pens, where there may be some volatility down the road, and then scoops up last minute Opening Day news with respect to relievers.
