RELIEVERS: BPV leaders in April

Today, we look at the BPV leaders from April. There are not enough innings to draw definitive conclusions; innings totals below range from 5.0 to 13.7. Filter out anyone with a HR/9 over 1.0 for April and it still leaves 61 relievers with a BPV over 100. This upswing is reaching absurd levels, with a full 17 relievers have posted a 200+ BPV for April. This column will list all of these relievers, but importantly, will list their BaseballHQ.com projections for balance-of-season and make general observations. Let's start with April BPV over 200:

This is the annual sleepers column, but let's be honest: There are no sleepers. There are relievers with great skills who are cheaper than they should be ... and that's what you want anyway.
