RELIEVERS: Colorado, Toronto, Pittsburgh, San Francisco and Tampa Bay

This week, let's take a look at Colorado, Toronto, Pittsburgh, San Francisco and the weird, weird bullpen in Tampa Bay, starting with the Rockies.

Wade Davis (RHP, COL) has 20 saves in 22 chances already and seven just over the past 30 days. Adam Ottavino (RHP, COL) has been a stud in set-up, but recently went on the disabled list with an oblique. No one else on the team even has one save. So why Colorado this week? The main reason is that Davis has a 4.60 xERA and 36 BPV over the past 30 days, despite 10 of 12 clean appearances. This is a poor BPI set for a month, even if he is getting away with it:

This column covers relievers who might cost you a lot chasing saves but then fizzle out because of skills or injury risk.

This is the annual sleepers column, but let's be honest: There are no sleepers. There are relievers with great skills who are cheaper than they should be ... and that's what you want anyway.
