RELIEVERS: Crazy, elite skill sets are multiplying

If we rank order relievers by BPV, we quickly see the elite skill sets from April. Then we can make some comparisons with recent history and with projections and draw some conclusions. You can draw the filter wherever you wish—we draw it at a 175 BPV and 8 innings pitched and we still get a large list of relievers:
