RELIEVERS: KC, LAA, SEA, ARI, CHC updates; ERA/xERA splits

As promised, this column goes at the permanently segmented Royals, as well as the Angels now that Cody Allen (RHP, LAA) is removed from the closer role. It updates the Mariners with the emergence of lefty Roenis Elías (LHP, SEA), although you may want to pump the brakes some on that one. And then we examine some interesting usage with the Diamondbacks and Cubs. Let's start with the Royals.
