Today, we look at some teams affected by free agent signings, some remaining free agents, and some teams who may consider free agents. We start with teams who have acquired relief talent. Chicago added Alex Colomé (RHP, CHW) and Kelvin Herrera (RHP, CHW) in front of Jace Fry (LHP, CHW) and hold-over pen-mates from 2018. Here are the projections:
