RELIEVERS: NRIs

Today we are looking at non-roster invitees ("NRIs") who may have an impact. Taking the total list of NRIs and filtering skill sets for at least 6.0 Dom, 2.0 Cmd ratio, no more than 1.0 HR/9, a xERA under 4.00 and BPV over 70, using BaseballHQ.com projections, we end up with seven names, and add three FAs who have enough skills to make a roster as a late-sign:
