RELIEVERS: Pen volatility due to poor BPIs

Last week this column highlighted the top BPV pitchers through April. This week, this column looks at the flip side, where the closer has weaker BPIs. A good place to start is Baltimore where Darren O'Day (RHP, BAL) has the Orioles last two saves. Brad Brach (RHP, BAL) had his last save on April 11. What gives?
