RELIEVERS: Projections after the 2023 All-Star Break

This week, projections. They are organized in K%-BB% cohorts and then listed by projected $V. Commentary as appropriate, but let's not waste time--there are a lot of relievers to list, starting with the three who are projected for a K%-BB% over 30% or more:

These are obviously elite strikeout pitchers with elite K%-BB%. José​ Alvarado (LHP, PHI) is lights out when he is not on the IL. But he is on the IL and has been supplanted by
