RELIEVERS: Some Elite Non-Closers

Two weeks ago, we examined some pens and ended with BPV as a tool for finding closers and positive value from non-closers. This week, we put some names of non-closers who are good bets for positive value during the dog days when starters are getting lit up with the hotter weather.

It is easy to create filters to make lists of whatever skills one values. Taking a list of high BPV relievers so far this season, this column culled that list for those relievers with a good G/F ratio, stronger than usual command, a decent role, or strong upside.
