RELIEVERS: Some LIMA selections from the Baseball Forecaster

There is no better place to start the quest for 2013 than to look at relievers' expected skills from the Baseball Forecaster. This column will take a cross-section of relievers who rate highly as LIMA selections; those with high skills and low relative cost. We begin with LIMA A+ and A rated relievers from each league and finish with a handful of select B+ and B rated relievers. You get everyone in the Baseball Forecaster, of course, and you can cross-check all of the splits for sim leagues and tailor lists for your own tastes.

We start with a simple list of AL A+ LIMA-graded relievers with Forecaster skills projections:

LIMA A+ (AL) Dom Cmd hr/9 xERA BPV
==============  ====  ===  ====  ====  ===
Doolittle (OAK) 11.2  4.7...
