RELIEVERS: Some roles defined and some Opening Day carnage

We had carnage in bullpens on Opening Day, but also learned a lot about some murky bullpen situations. Let's start with St. Louis where the Cardinals signed Greg Holland (RHP, STL) on the eve of Opening Day. Holland will work himself into shape, so there are still going to be some opportunities before he is ready. Unfortunately, Luke Gregerson (RHP, STL) is on the disabled list and may completely miss any window to find save chances as the closer. Expect Dominic Leone (RHP, STL) to get the early chances before Holland is ready, then a transition to Holland after that.
