"Sleepers" (AKA skills targets)

These are just some relievers who did not make the LIMA “A+” or “A” lists in the projections but are still have stellar skills and deserve your consideration. Even if your league is not one where you would roster relievers like these, you should keep them on a short list because in time, you will need reinforcements.
