RELIEVERS: LIMA Targets

This week, this column goes for LIMA-worthy relievers. There are a lot of high-skills relievers available for 2013, so to narrow the list, here are some filters: 50+ innings projected, at least 7.0 Dom, at least 2.5 Cmd, no more than 1.0 hr/9, less than 4.00 xERA, at least a 90 BPV and a LIMA projections score of A or A+. You can adjust these filters to make the list larger or smaller. These filters yielded 25 relievers--a sizeable group. Some of them have more risk than others. Let's take a look at who made the elite of the elite LIMA relievers, starting with some American League relievers who might save some games:

                  IP Dom Cmd hr/9 xERA BPV
==============   ===  ==== ==== ====  ====  ===
Dotel (DET)       58 ...
